For over 10 years, we’ve been proudly serving Rockingham and delivering courses across Western Australia, from our fully equipped classrooms to workplaces, schools, and community venues statewide. Our Experience & Approach
Our team of trainers brings decades of real-world emergency response experience to the classroom. From decorated military veterans and retired aircraft engineers to experienced nurses, we’ve lived and worked in high-pressure environments where first aid skills make the difference. That’s why our courses are designed to be practical, supportive, and flexible. We keep class sizes small (max 10 students) so we can tailor learning to individual needs, reduce anxiety, and ensure every student gets one-on-one time if needed. Meet Your Head Trainer: Matthew
Matthew is more than just a first aid trainer—he’s someone truly passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. With a wealth of experience and a genuine commitment to helping others, Matthew has earned a strong reputation as an approachable, knowledgeable, and engaging instructor.
What sets Matthew apart is his ability to connect first aid skills to real-life situations, making his courses both practical and memorable. His calm, relatable teaching style ensures that students not only learn the material but leave feeling confident and empowered to use it when it matters most.

Meet Your Trainer : Shannon
Shannon is an AHPRA-registered enrolled nurse with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of settings, including fast-paced emergency departments, mental health services, community care, and specialised wound care.
Born in Western Australia, Shannon has always had a strong passion for helping others in her state—whether it’s patients in her care or students in her classroom. Her calm, compassionate approach has earned her respect both on the floor and in training environments.
As a trainer, Shannon believes in making learning practical, relatable, and engaging. She understands that every student learns differently, and she tailors her approach to ensure everyone walks away with the confidence and knowledge needed to respond in real-life situations. She’s especially passionate about empowering people from all walks of life to feel capable and prepared in emergency situations.
Shannon brings not only clinical expertise but also warmth and clarity to every session. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building skills they can trust.
Meet your Kits and supplies Manager: David
David brings a wealth of experience to our team, with over 45 years in the aircraft maintenance industry as a licensed aircraft engineer. In addition to his technical background, David spent more than 15 years teaching Certificate III and IV in Aircraft Engineering and First Aid at TAFE.
David is the joker of our team, always up for a laugh; however, his passion lies in making safety accessible and practical for everyone. David is a firm believer that every home and workplace should be equipped with a reliable first aid kit. He takes great pride in ensuring our kits and supplies meet the highest standards—so that when emergencies happen, you're ready.
With his deep knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, David plays a crucial role in helping us deliver quality, compliant, and well-stocked first aid solutions across all settings.
